People especially girl should know how to protect themselves because nowadays, our world is full of crimes. When someone attacks unexpectedly, you should be aware enough of it, don’t panic and do the move. Many styles of martial arts are practiced for self-defense or include self-defense techniques. Some styles train primarily for self-defense, while other martial or combat sports can be effectively applied for self-defense. Some martial arts train how to escape from a gun situation, or how to break away from a punch, while others train

how to attack. To provide more practical self-defense, many modern day martial arts schools now use a combination of martial arts styles and techniques, and will often customize self-defense training to suit the participants' lifestyles, occupations, age groups and gender, and physical and mental capabilities.

“Facebook”

What is facebook? Facebook is an online social networking service. Its name comes from a colloquialism for the directory given to students at some American universities. Facebook was founded on February 4, 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow Harvard University students Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes. The founders had initially limited the website's membership to Harvard students, but later expanded it to colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It gradually added support for students at various other universities before it opened to high-school students, and eventually to anyone aged 13 and over. Facebook now allows anyone who claims to be at least 13 years old to become a registered user of the website.

We all know that Mark Zuckerberg is genius because of creating this facebook thing. Before he invented facebook, he sees this social networking site as a fashion, fashion never stops and that’s the thing that he wanted in facebook, he want facebook to never stop, there is always something new in it.

Facebook is very powerful nowadays. It is not just about to post your photos or your facebook status, sometimes people tend to create a page for a specific reason. For example the Vhong Navaro case, people who idolize Vhong create a page to fight with him and to support him all throughout the process. Another thing is that some people use facebook only to hurt people like bullying to be specific and because of that, our government created a law such as the “Cyber Bullying” - is the use of Information Technology to harm or harass other people in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner, and because of this, facebook is one of the reason why our government created this kind of law and that’s how powerful the facebook is, but not all in facebook is negative, there so many games that you will enjoy and people from all over the world can easily communicate. When a member of the family is working or OFW for istance, you could just open your facebook account and and then chat with them and like what I’ve said, there is always something new in facebook and now facebook has an all new video call, In just one click you could see people you like in video in just one click. Facebook connects people and it made our life easier because of this technology.
